Our Pricing Structure

At Dettmore Home Improvements, we believe in transparent pricing and clear communication. We offer flexible pricing structures tailored to the size and complexity of your project.

Service Work & Small Projects

Hourly Billing (3 hour minimum)

• Field Technician: $120/hour

• Project Manager: $150/hour

Materials & Trade Partners:
Billed at Cost + 30%

This structure allows flexibility for smaller projects, repairs, and ongoing service needs.

Renovations & New Homes

For larger renovation projects and new homes, our pricing is structured as follows:

DHI Labor

• Field Team Members: $100/hour

• Project Managers: $120/hour

Our labor is billed hourly and is not subject to cost-plus markup.

Materials & Trade Partners

All materials, subcontractors, specialty trades, equipment rentals, and vendor purchases are billed at cost plus the percentage below.

Project Size

$100K – $250K. 30%

$250K – $1M. 20%

$1M – $5M. 17%

$5M+ 15%

What This Means

• Our labor rates are transparent and fixed.

• Markup applies only to materials and trade partners.

• As project size increases, markup percentage decreases.

• We do not hide overhead inside labor rates.
